1.Are you a trading company or a manufacturer? How can I visit there?
A1: We are a CE approved manufacturer which located in Anping county, Hebei province, not far from Beijing if it's convenient for your welcome to visit China.Surprises along with you.
2. Do you provide samples?
A2: Of course, after you paid for it, we will send it in one moment.
3. What about OEM and ODM? What's your payment terms?
A3: Both are acceptable. Payment terms:40% deposit in advance and 60% balance before shipment or upon the receipt of B/L copy.
4. What is your lead time for 500 pieces of products?
A3: The delivery date depends on product type.( Eg: Neoprene Padded elbow support, quantity<500pieces within 3-5 days).
5. Can I trust you and what will you do after-sales?
